Cancellation policies will be specified in your campaign agreement. Generally, cancellations made less than 7 days before the campaign start date may not be eligible for refunds.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, technology, design, and trademarks, are owned by Zoco Mediaworks and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of executing your campaigns.
We provide campaign tracking and analytics based on GPS data and other metrics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the precision of all data points. Analytics are provided "as is" and should be used as estimates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoco Mediaworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoco Mediaworks from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
